Bedfordshire & Luton CYP Conference

The conference will be made up of workshops (delegates will be able to select their preferred choice of which workshops to attend), opportunities to network with colleagues from across the county, and the marketplace where attendees can visit numerous stalls. All this takes place within the beautiful surroundings of Center Parcs, Woburn Forest, where at the end of the day attendees are welcome to enjoy the Parc and go for a FREE swim in the sub tropical pool.

The conference is aimed at teachers and coaches working in schools as well as community group leaders working with CYP

Booking & Cost:

Up until the end of February 2025 delegates can book onto the Conference at the early bird discount rate as below:

£215pp for Primary Schools (rising to £250pp after this date)

£65pp for Secondary Schools (subsidised through Sponsorship) (rising to £85pp after this date)

PLEASE NOTE: That after the 1st April we can not refund any money paid as we have to pay Center Parcs at this point. At this point all bookings made will have to be paid for.
