About Kiddie Yoga
I teach yoga and mindfulness to children age 2 to 15 years old. I have an after-school club in Sandy and one in Biggleswade. I also run a monthly Family yoga for children aged 3 to 12 with their parents.
Kiddie Yoga covers a full curriculum that stimulates your child's development - emotionally, spiritually, physically, intellectually and socially.
The classes include yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques, games and have an educational content. And it's a lot of fun too!
During the session, we cultivate positive thinking, self-respect and acceptance of our body.
