Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights – or a combination of all four – you'll find all the latest equipment you need for an effective workout at Houghton Regis Leisure Centre. Alternatively, the group exercise studio offers an array of classes designed to suit everyone, from intense sessions such as Les Mills BODYPUMP to more relaxed classes like Yoga and Pilates. You're sure to find something to suit you! There's also a dedicated group cycling studio for everyone who enjoys pedalling their way to fitness!
In the 20-metre, four-lane pool you can enjoy a wide range of aquatic activities including Everyone Active's award-winning swimming lessons, pool inflatables, family fun sessions, lane swimming and loads more.
If you prefer to stay on dry land, the large and versatile six-court sports hall is where you can enjoy a range of sports and activities including table tennis, badminton and basketball, and the two squash courts are perfect for enjoying a game of this fast-paced racquet sport. For those who want to learn a new skill, the Houghton Regis Leisure Centre also offers gymnastics, trampolining and rookie lifeguard lessons!
