East Region Sport Welfare Series: Mental Health in Sport Session

Tue, 28th Jan 2025 (19:00 - 20:30)

Delivered by Karen Shaw, leading Mental Health Consultant to Mind, this session will explore how you can support yourself, and others struggling with mental health.

If you deliver physical activity sessions, you’re not expected to be a mental health expert. But you have a duty of care to support the people in your sessions.

This session, Spot. Support. Signpost aims to help anyone, from volunteers to senior leaders.
